Incompetent Service & Lack of management Skill

Hi, i have 3 contracts with nashua mobile and has been a loyal customer for the last 2 years & my account have always been up to date, however when the contract has come up for renewal & i have declined the renewal and have put a cancellation through, to date i am still been charged on a upgrade rate which i have cancelled with them (Anthony) - Store Manager & time to time he has promised to reverse those charges and to date have not & is never returning my call which is such pathetic customer service and when i do approach them in the stores he is never there and they continuing lying that the credit have been passed and to date im still getting billed. i am due /- R 500 credit to my account . i will never recommend any one to deal with Nashua Mobile especially Chatsworth Branch (Anthony) & hereon will not renewal any of my contracts with nashua mobile as i will never deal with them again due to they are liars & especially incompetent individuals that can not do service delivery (Anthony) which is so appauling. We have been mislead and to date have not got proper support or feedback from the Nashua Mobile (Chatsworth ) & it is sad that they can not live up to they brand.
