I got my BB9790 as an upgrade on my contract and have regretted it since that day. I am cutting this story short as it will take too much time and is far too frustrating for me to go through all the facts. After a few days my phone had to be returned as it was giving problems. After 3 days I was told the ph was damaged and therefore would have to be repaired not issued with a new one. There was nothing wrong with the ph when it went back to the storer and after proving that my ph was then past the 7 day returning policy so yet again Nother fight to get a new one. Finally a new ph was issued and low and behold after another few days, the phone went back experiencing problems again!!! This time all the info on the phone was deleted and I had to start all over again. Another new phone was issued and now I am experiencing problems again. I have begged and pleaded to get another make of phone as this constant issue is affecting my business and it's extremely frustrating to be without a ph for days at a time. Apparently it's not part of vodacoms policy!!! But it's not part of my 24 month contract to have a hone that is constantly giving me problems. Surely they can make exceptions!
