I took out a contract on the 20/08/2013 and received the phone on the 28/08/2013 and when requesting for BBM to be activated the consultant wanted to charge me for BBM when it was agreed to be included in my contract. After numerous calls and time i requested for the contract to be cancelled and phone to credited. the phone was given to Autopage at Gateway on the 31/08/2013 with everything it came with and Autopage acknowledged that their head office courriers had collected on 02/09/2013, up till know i have not received any feedback, all the consultants are clueless of whats happening as each time i called they all give a different story. i have contacted JHB many times and am know frustrated. Worst and shocking experience ever from such a big company.
