MAKING FALSE PROMISES BUT KEEPS BILLING

On the 24th of June I emailed Cell C to cancel the Wasp on my account and Lereko Thulo advised me (via email - Ref 4727083) that it was cancelled. Only to see in August 2013 that they are still billing me for the same service even though we broke the sim in pieces after I got the email from her (27 June 2013).

I went to Canal Walk and spoke to a very helpful guy (Philip) and he phoned the customer care department and I spoke to Nondimiso Mazibuko regarding this matter. She told me that it is cancelled and will pass this to the Legal department to contact me (Ref 3082301022). I'm still waiting for that call or email! I send an email on the 29 August 2013 to cancel my contract because a R200 (R100 per contract which I have 2 of) became over the last month anything between R600 - R800 per month. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THAT RESPONSE!!!

I went to N1 City today and spoke to Lee and was told I must pay R1729.28 per contract if I want to cancel (but I signed this contract the 12 September 2012 and only has 12 months left on my contracts)... So R99 x 12 = R1188.00 not R1729.28. SO I'M GETTING PENALIZE FOR CANCELLING MY CONTRACT BEFORE HAND!!!
