Hi,

I toke two contract phones with Nashua mobile, When I took that contract I advised them that when I REACH my call limit for bout number's the 078 and 082 they must soft lock my phones and we agreed on that (which is I spoke to Maggins Ndlovu from Nashua mobile fine.

Last month they soft lock me while I had air time and I didn't report that.
This month my soft lock my 082 number on the 02/11/2013 and I only give me airtime on the 01/11/2013 when I called them and asked they told me that there is a company that is taking my air time which is I don't know about.

The I just left that query like that, then after they sent me an email with my statement that I ow them R1002
that I HAVE TO PAY MONTH END.
When I called them to query they told me that my 078 number was not soft locked that's why. THEN i TOLD THEM THAT AS PER OUR AGREEMENT WITH Martin Ndlovu bout number's must be so flock and he promised that it will happen as I've asked.

When I called there customer care a consultant told me that there is nothing that she can do I will have to pay that money.
