Vodacom is pathetic and employees who r clueless

I called Vodacom on the 08/11/2012 to terminate a contract of mine that was expiring. Since the day i made that call, I had nothing but service and no assistance at all. I spoke to the billing department on 082 111/0821946 and all of them deny they are the department to talk regarding my query?? huh?? really? someone MUST ENLIGHTENE ME. on the 08/11/2012 I spoke to Sean in the "billing dept" and he and his team leader confirmed to me that once the contract expires on the 31.12.2012, I WILL NOT BE OWING THEM ANYTHING SINCE I PAY IN ADVANCE SO YOU CAN IMAGINE THE LOOK ON MY FACE WHEN I WAS BILLED R450.00!! I WENT BILLISTIC AND TO THIS DAY THE PROBLEM HASNT BEEN RESOLVED INSTEAD I GET ATTITUDE AND EMPLOYEES WHO HATES THEIR JOB AND THINK THEY CAN YELL AND THEIR MEMBERS. I DEMANDED THE RECORDING FOR THE 08.11.2012 AND NO ONE IS IN NO POSITION TO GIVE ME THE TAPE. SO THIS MORNING I SPOKE TO MISHACK DIKGOTSO (TEAM LEADER 082 1946) WHO TOLD ME THEY ARE OFFLINE AND HE WILL CALL ME BACK TO RESOLVE MY QUERY AND NOW IM WITHOUT A NETWORK AS THEY WENT AHEAD AND SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT SENDING ME A MERE SMS OR CALL ME OR BETTER YET EMAIL ME. I WANT NAMHLA MTSHENI (MANAGER) TO CALL ME.
