Poor quality of service and no feedback

I have cancelled one of my contracts with Nashua Mobile on the 21/02/2013 an cell number 0788010330 and monies has been deducted from my account for the contract that has been cancelled. I have noted for the past 2 months that I have been doubled charged that does not make sense to me. I went to the Sunny Park branch and query about it which the consultant explanation was not understood. I made her aware that the explanation given does not make sense to me. I then advised her to refer the matter to the consultant that has assisted me with the signing of my new contract. With my new contract I am supposed to be debited with at least R600 for both my old and new contracts. I have been debited with R1600 and R1300 for March and April irrespectively. This is not in line with my contract I signed and thus disputed these amounts. I went to Wonderpark branch twice and was assisted by the same consultant who was not coming back to me with feedback after I went there twice. On the 27th of April 2013 I went again to Sunny Park and spoke to Ismael (the consultant that I signed the agreement with). He promised me that he will fix the problem on the Monday which was not done and no feedback.
