I am at my wits end!!! I had a month to month bring your own device contract which I wished to upgrade to a 24 month contract. The original consultant apparently captured my original information incorrectly- as a 24 month rather than a MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT!!!
I have my original month to month contract in front of me as I type... BUT NOBODY WILL LISTEN OR BELIEVE ME.
So now I have my upgrade and my new invoice and guess what??? I have been charged R738.77 for a deal change because according to your records I had a 24 month contract.
I thought it had all been sorted out. Who can I show my month to contract to??? I cannot be expected to pay R738.77 for an error that someone else made. it is a lot of money to pay for someone else's mistake
I feel powerless because no one really cares enough to listen and advise me.
