I requested a port of number from the 19th of November and they told me I could port from the 8th of December. When I tried to port my number is was rejected. I called customer care and have had the countless problems and when I asked to be put through to a manager I was put through to 4 different ppl, to which NONE of them was a manager. I have been loaded with R500 airtime and when I finally got hold of a manager today the 17th Dec, she had a bad attitude when telling me I would lose that R500 airtime when I port my number and they would still debit me on the 1st of Jan. That is!! I have requested this port since the 19th of November so there was no need to load my number with airtime. Now I must pay for Autopage's mess up? I have had so much nonsense with the customer service and the request of this port, I'm SICK of it. I refuse to pay for this!
