I was a loyal customer of Altech autopage but due to bad customer service i decided to cancel my cellphone contract, i spoke to the retention department T. Masiteng, told her i wanted to cancelled and i wanted to be on the prepaid system she didn't explain to me that my top up 350, airtime of R150.00 plus R350.00 total of R500.00 will be forfeited . One the 17 June i was left with no airtime plus bis which i paid the previous month was wipe out . This was after hours i called my service provider MTN who in turn said if T.Masiteng didn't advise the process and losing my airtime of R500.00 they will have to refund my account. I spoke to Siphiewe Madima he requested a call record and was found that in fact that T.Masiteng didn't advise me. He made a note on his system but i received no feedback. I have a list of people i spoke to : Bianca Less, Nigel Chetty, Rudy finally receiving no response or feedback i spoke to Angelo Williams Retentions Team Manager, i also receieved an email from him on the 15/08/2013. Finally i recieved an sms from autopage on the 22/08/2013 confirming the refund will reflect in my account to date i am still waiting for the refund of R500.00 .
