Eceive bad airtime service

On tuesday 4 June 2013 I ask my husband to buy me R500 airtime at pep store in atteridgeville Pretoria. At the time was in the car since was inappropriately dress could not go to shop myself. He came back with 6 voucher for airtime divided from R50 to R150. Since I needed one R500 airtime I ask him why so many vouchers, he told me that's what the cashier gave him. according to him when he ask her, she told him that's how they sell it. apparently he was even given airtime for R600 on questioning that was given back R100 since he used a card to buy. on going back they refuse to take back the airtime, this was hardly 5min after the purchase. since the airtime was purchased with intention of benefiting from cell c promotion eerily had to go home and call cell c to determine if will be able to get 1000 bundle data should we load the airtime in pieces. our suspension was confirmed as such should be loaded once off. I asking way forward was advised to go back to the shop and ask the manager to consolidate the vouchers into one. I was even given a reference in this regard so that they be contacted should need arise. I getting to the shop was sent from pillar to post. so many excuses were
