Pathetic Service

I paid my settlement on the 09.03.2013 for the amount of R2091.85 and the bank told me to fone the call centre on Monday to close my account and stop the debit order. I fone monday and they told me they will sort everything out my reference # was 8240593 as i knew this would not be done i fone again the Wednesday reference # 8245648 and they told me it was put through and that i should fone is 7 working days time to confirm whether it was done.

I foned today again 19.03.2013 as this was day 7 and i was told that nothing was closed i am worried as i am getting paid next week and no debit order was stopped i am with Nedbank for 3 years already and this is the 1st time i have had such pathetic and bad service.

Makes me wonder if i should change banks.
