I am extremely disappointed with Cell C and beyond frustrated and just get angry thinking about them. I was with Vodacom for years and years with never an ounce of a problem. This year I thought why not give Cell C a chance. I went in to the store and signed up. Everyone knows that Cell C has poor network coverage but I was assured OVER and OVER again that this was an historical issue and that Cell C had resolved the problem. This is so far from the truth it is scary. The only time my phone works without a problem is when I am at work in the city bowl. The rest of the time I hardly get data, calls are dropped, clients cant reach me, I have to send SMS (which costs me money) because Data doesn't work. I logged a call last month and was asked to fill in a form which I have now done and wait for reply. Considering the service being offered I should never have had to log a call for no coverage, isn't this Cell C's core business? Thats like a butcher not having meat. I am so bitter and angry and wish I could get out of this contract!
