Vodacom poor service!

My sisters cell phone contract was due for an upgrade 15 March 2013. We entered the Vodacom store at Canal Walk shopping centre where she was very interested in getting her a hands on the Blackberry Bold. They did not have stock so they informed her that they will call her once they have received the phone in 2 weeks time. No response. Disgusted with the service we then went to Vodacom at Cape Gate Mall where they were also low on stock for the new Sony Xperia. The wait was 6 weeks. Today we have still not received any call from Vodacom, which is, for the lack of a better word, DISGUSTING. My upgrade is due in a few days, so I will be moving over to Cell C. Cheers
