Extremely Poor Service

I went to upgrade my contract. There are two Vodacom stores located here, however the one store seemed to be an accessory store. So I went to the store situated on the corner. The service at this store was pathetic. It seemed as if I was taking up the consultant's time. He was not friendly at all and was more interested in communicating with the other consultants rather than me. Instead of him explaining various aspects of the contract to me, I had to constantly ask him and every time it seemed as if I was disturbing him from his conversation with the other consultants.

Prior to this, I went to Cell C for an inquiry. The service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely willing to assist. However, I have been with Vodacom for such a long time and opted to stay with Vodacom not knowing the kind of service I would receive.

After reluctantly upgrading the contract I went to the Vodacom store next door to purchase a pouch. The consultant in this store restored some faith I had lost with Vodacom. The service was excellent unlike the appalling service I just received.

I seriously hope Vodacom looks into more thorough customer service training sessions for its employees!
