WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I called the Vodacom 4 U store on Saturday 27 of April on 0116794153, and enquired about a software upgrade for my Blackberry, the called confirmed that the store does do that, and should i want it done i should come in before 4pm. i got to the store at 1:30 thus had ample time, when i got there, the technician had a attitude and told me his lift was already there and he had to leave, after argueing back and forth he set up my phone while someone else ran the upgrade so he could leave, the lady said she needed about an hour! Two and a half hours later, she asked for more time!? so i took my phone and left, on Monday 29 April i called the store and spoke to the manager Ricardo, told him of my experience and made and appointment to come into the store on Wednesday 01 May between 9 and 10, he said he would be there and so would the technician! on Wednesday i get there, and the manager had moved to Cresta and the technician wasn't there! i live in Rant and Dal and i had to drive there twice without any help only attitude by the staff! then Ricardo said i should drive to Cresta, why am i being treated like in your shop?
