Worst service eve

I went to vodaworld to upgrade my contract. I went to 4u as I have always received excellent service from them. Unfortunately they could not help me as they did not have stock. They referred me to the vodashop. I was in that shop for more than 10 minutes and nobody tried to help me. They look at me and when I look back at them the look away and pretend to be busy. So I went to metro and tried my luck there and they also did not keep stock of the ZTE V10. So I returned to vodashop. Finally someone told me I should get like a number and they will call me. I had my number and waited. Only one person was helping clients. All the other service consultants was running up in down in the store playing games and plying on their phones. After 15 min nobody tried to help me so I gave them back the nr and said i am sorry I do not have time to waste. Then all of the sudden they wanted to help me. Why only after I want to leave they are prepared to help me. I left and I would like the manager from the vodashop to contact me and help me as the staff of this shop do not want to help their clients. Maybe management is better. I have several contracts with vodacom and I am going to cancel them all.
