Great service and call centre efficiency

I applied for a contract with MTN at one of their stores in Centurion, I got a sms almost every day of the week saying they have put in a stock order and that another will be put in and they will notify me once received. This went on for days untill I called them after almost a month and told them to cancell everything... Okay enough about them now. Vodacom! came to the rescue. I called them and I was assisted speedily in choosing a contract that will suit me and my budget and "tada"! I received my phone this morning at 9:30 am when I called them Monday the 21st thats like 2 days later wow am please to be with them for the next 24 months.
