On Saturday 12 October I went to the Vodacom shop at Northgate and spent some considerable time with the technical assistant. A service repair was lodged by her with the technical department of Vodacom who said that the problem would be escalated and I would be contacted within 24 hours. The repair number is S3-T38AU-UG95. I phoned a few days later and the technician Linda (who has all the details) said she would follow up. I'm still waiting - still no contact as promised by anyone.
