Not doing job and Excuses excuses

I took my My Black Berry to Northgate on the 26/08 last month. It was broken again and went in for repairs, third time this year. Apparently it was received back at Northgate on the 30/08. But no body from Northgate contacted me. Only when I phoned the Vodacom repairs department on the 09/09 did they tell me that my phone was sitting at Northgate.

So when I went to fetch it on the afternoon of the 09/09, I asked them why no one had contacted me. But of course no one knows. I asked to speak to the acting manager (as who knows where the real one is) who was in a room behind the counter and it took him a few minutes to come out and talk to me. Avoidance it seems. And yes I was not a happy customer.

When I asked why I had not been contacted, his excuse was he does not know, and he needs to ask the person who does that job. But he is not in at the moment. Shock horror! I then went on to ask who is going to pay for my days of not being able to use my services that I pay for? All he can tell me is he can give me a number to contact. Excuses, excuses or lets just pass on the accountability.

What is Vodacom going to do about stores like that???
