On 3 occasions, in one day, my call was routed to Nomazulu. I don't know who how this happened, but it was a bit unusual. Nevertheless, I'm glad it did, as Normazulu handled my call with such professionalism & genuine concern. Besides the fact that I didn't't have to repeat myself, I appreciated her polite voice & manner in which her handled my call. Very knowledgeable and her explanation & assurance of her product, made me proud to be associated with 8ta as a customer. Nomazulu, keep shining your light brightly, so others in darkness, can be drawn towards it.
