Vodacom is refusing my number to port to another network and the cant provide a valid reason I have been in contact with Vodacom since 22 December 2013 still no response they keep on saying they will come back to me and todate they still telling me the quiry is pending until the 25 January and the next thomg they tell me the technical department does not work on saturday but they pended the matter until saturday, I need them to release my number as another network can provide better service/s than what Vodacom offers
