Yet again Vodacom fails to deliver!
The much anticipated iPhone 5S was announced for pre-order by Vodacom at midnight, 7th November and it is now 12.45am and still no sign of pre-order on their website.
As I type, my iPhone 4S (with Vodacom) sits in their technical department for repairs to the bottom speakers.
Phone-less for the past 7 days, I was eagerly awaiting this pre-order because I want to be first in line for this phone.
After refusing to wait any longer, I have placed my order with MTN (whom had the 5S on pre-order for a few days already).
Being with Vodacom for the past 4 years, their technical and after sales services have deteriorated drastically!
I am tired of resorting to hellopeter in my complaints wrt their service.
Time for change.
