I would like to thank Wayde Graham, a staff member at CELL C for the excellent service and effieciency his shown, in assisting to have my SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 delivered to me.
I was called by Cell C to take up a contract and decided to opt in and take the S4. The lady i spoke to from cell c direct asked me what colour phone i would like and i mentioned i would like the black one as the white version was not as appealing to me. The phone was then delivered to me after 2-3weeks after many delays, only to find out that it was white. I was dissatified and called in to have the phone exchanged for a black one. The lady i spoke to "Zama" gave me a long story about them taking 21days to do the process of the exchange in an attempt to change my mind. We concluded the call with her saying that she will arrange the pickup. When i finally spoke to Wayde, he advised that no pickup was listed on the system and actioned same immediately. RAM came to collect the handset the same day and approval for the exhange was done withn two days. The handset was delivered to me with in one week from the time of collection and all thanks to Wayde!
