Two weeks ago I lost my cell phone, I immediately called Weave cell to soft lock the sim card on the Thursday. During the Friday, various family members phoned my phone to find that someone is answering my phone. On enquiring about the soft lock on the next Monday, I was informed that it was done on the Friday. Then, I requested to have the phone black listed. Oh my, what a challenge, it takes Weava cell 1 week to let me know that they can not black list my phone because it is not the original phone on the contract. This I told them at the time, plus they should be aware. The original phone was in December 2012 and replaced! Vodacom can not assist with the black listing. Now, I have a contract that is useless to me, I can not replace my phone as the insurance require ITC number. Can someone please let me know what to do. It has been a week since I asked you this question?!?! You do not answer you phones?!?! What kind of service is this? You want our business but can not support what you cell???

Can some one talk to me today still? I need this resolved!!
