Since my last report of bad service I still have not received any call from Cell C to sort out my phone, I have made so many calls to 084140 everybody is taking the information but nobody is sorting it out, what is my rights in order to cancel my Cell C contract without paying the balance of my contract. As a paying customer I pay my debit order every month but I am not receiving the service from Cell C as I should. But if I had to not pay my account I would get black listed, I think we should be able to black list bad service companies to.
