Before I go into detail. Please just note that complaints to Hello Peter, ICAS and NCC are pending. I will also be requesting for my phone contract to be cancelled, and I will return the phone with pleasure.
I took my Blackberry 9360 for repairs at the Vodacom Repair Centre at Eastgate, where I got a replacement phone, which I was happy with, until Last week Thursday when it was Blacklisted, without my knowledge. I called in and was told that the damaged phone was supposed to be listed, however the replacement was listed. I then went into the repair centre where I filled out a form, to reverse the blacklisting, where I was told that a previous owner requested for it to be black listed. It left me with a question of whether I had been given a phone to begin with. I am left with a phone that does not work (blacklisted) and unanswered questions.
