Thank you Cell C for having your customer care agent call me and call me a blatant, so much for the customer "Care" service appalling, don't know why you record your calls because the people who miss-informed me telephonic-ally get to say whatever they want and when I speak to a different person I get different information, unscrupulous employees who operate with smoke and mirrors to protect themselves and the interest on Cell C never does any of the systems work to satisfy the customer because everyone's too busy covering up the DIRT.
THANK YOU CELL C FOR CUTTING MY SERVICE TO BOTH CONTRACTS without letting me know on the day my mom past away THANKS FOR AN UNFAIR LATE PAYER LISTING WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU without notifying me of your intention to do so AND THANK YOU BLANCHE FOR CALLING ME A BLATANT . ridiculous PLEASE DON'T CONTACT ME AGAIN if your intention is to intimidate and insult me, rather focus your energy on getting better staff who have people skills.
