I am extremely concerned about cell C's billing system, this is the second time my account is not being debited for my contact cell phones even though i have called in on numerous occassions no one can tell me why, previously my debit date was the 28th of each month, money is available but cell c fails to debit for what ever reason, then still has the nereve to cut off my lines and list me with the credit bureau as a late payer.

Dear Cell C my new debit date should have been the 21st of each month today is the 25th and your money is in my account waiting to be debited. thanks to your incorrect and unfair listing my credit profile is now affected.

I will not recomend Cell c to anyone and cannot wait to move to a new service provider.

FIX YOUR SYSTEMS and REMOVE YOUR LISTING as none of this is my fault!
