How sad and pathetic can a service provider be? For the past year and a half, I NEVER have a signal where I live and neither do the HUNDREDS of people in my area that uses Cell C! Just to add injury to insult, no matter what I do, my bbm's are always a big giant f%%#^-up!!! How can you keep calm when only one in every 5 bbm's go through? After numerous trips to my local Cell C shop and filling in form after form, what has Cell C done about it? ABSOLUTELY F%#^-ALL!!! So I am basically taking my money every month and throwing it out my car window as I drive! And if I want to cancel my contract, I have to pay for all the months that I still have left? WHY MUST I PAY FOR A SERVICE I DON'T GET CELL C!!! And to make things worse, Every single time Cell C Customer Care phones, they can't divulge any information because the phone is on my mother's name because she renewed my contract when I was working in the USA. We share the same surname and since I've been back I always answer the phone and explain to them that we live far from each other, they can phone her and ask if I speak the truth. What is so secretive that only she can know? Is she an international spy? CELL C???
