STILL WAITING FOR CORRECTION ON ACCOUNT

I previously complained on Hello Peter on 16 July - MTN did respond on 19 July - WENZILE MASINA: REQ:2422836 - advising the matter would be escalated to the Regional Manager and I would be advised of the outcome. I wrote again on 15 August - one month later, NOTHING has happened since 19 July. No one has contacted me. My account is still be billed incorrectly and there is absolute SILENCE from MTN.

There really is NO POINT in saying that MTN is one of the companies that respond to complaints, if acknowledging the complaint is all they DO. Is this arrogance or incompetence?!?

I initially complained at the branch after the first account was received with the incorrect amount being charged monthly and went in and phoned every month thereafter but to no avail... so it's now a year on and I have obviously fallen into a big black hole!

Believe me, I will not be renewing when my contract expires. The lack of customer care is obvious. MTN get your act together.
