The problem started with my December 2012 Invoice, where MTN didn't give my normal contract discounts for BIS (R51.75) and CLi (R7.02). I phoned them and explained the problem and got a reference number. The next month it was refunded but the discount still not implemented. Since upgrading July - November 2012 account: R 198.00 p/m, from December 2012 to August 2013 : R 265.00 p/m. Every month I phone them with the same problem and every month they refund me, BUT they do not fix the discount. I am tired of phoning them every month to fix the same problem over and over, and still it is not sorted. This is what Wenzile Masina of MTN replied to above on 10 June 2013 : "According to our records the discounts were fixed on 2013-05-17 going forward you will receive your discounts. REQ:2257328" - This is what Nomonde replied on 16 July 2013:
Kindly be advised that this has been escalated to the relevant functional unit for resolution. REQ:2408353
