My complaint was posted on July! 8. I received a reply on July 23 telling me it would be dealt with internally. I requested an email address to which I could send my full complaint to be dealt with - no response. The reply I got to the email I sent via the Mtn website informed me it was being handled by Regional Management and I would be advised of the outcome. I am still waiting for a progress report. Replies to my emails regarding this matter simply re-iterate that it is being dealt with and I will be advised of outcome. It has now been almost a month! I would like to speak to a human being in connection with my complaint. No more automated responses!
