Mtn BAD SERVICE and mis-informing clients

I took out a contract at mtn for a blackberry Z10 about two months ago, everything was ok and my debit order for the contract including the insurance was combined and taken off my account. The consultant only told me that my debit order will go off on the last day of every month all together. She did not say that the insurance will be debited on its own therefore i have missed the payments for july and august and now i have to make a manual payment because of someone elses mistakes.i was fully not aware of the insurance being debited on its own as i thought it was being paid for. I am higly dissapointed with this stype of service from MTN which i did not expect. The debit order also tried to go off on the 23rd of september so how is that the last day of the month and why cant mtn have stuck to a date agreed on. The only reason the second debit order was reversed from my account is because i did not know THAT THE INSURANCE WAS A SEPERATE DEBIT ORDER AND MY BANK COULD NOT TRACE THE COMPANY THAT WAS DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.This has really inconvenienced me and has caused me alot of frustration.
