A few months ago Planet Fitness billed my account incorrectly, they promised this will be sorted. The month after that they debited my account again. I wrote a complaint on Hello peter & they responded & said they are sorry this will be sorted out. After numerous calls to them & emails. I emailed the regional manager but he didn't't respond I told them i'm going to take them to the consumer protection act they couldn't be bothered less. I'm fed up with the pathetic service I'm getting from them, they are quick to debit an account but when it comes to sorting it out there is no service!!! I don't know if they just don't give a about their clients or is the people they appoint is incompetent. I want to use the facility because i'm paying for it but when you wanna go in they tell YOU, YOU HAVE PAYMENT ISSUES ON YOUR ACCOUNT!!! THE ONLY ISSUE IS, IS THE FACT THAT THEY DEDUCT INCORRECT AMOUNTS FROM MY ACCOUNT AND DON'T BOTHER TO SORT IT OUT!! I HAD TO PUT A STOP ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY WILL JUST KEEP ON DEDUCTING AS THEY WANT!!! WORST COMPANY EVER! I WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT AGAIN! AND WON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN! DONT RESPOND IF THIS IS NOT SORTED OUT!!!
