I am horrified with what is going on here. I upgraded my contract on SAturday 7th September - with a Samsung 4 MINI, my phone was delivered yesterday and it is the incorrect phone. then today 11.09.2013 i get an sms to say that a number has been "a Smart S with number 0714806763 has been activated on my account" How the can this happen when i phone to make enquiries on my account you guys ask me, Cell number, physical address where account is sent, bank name and what kind of account this is and my ID number who else has this information EXCEPT ONE OF YOUR STAFF - THIS IS AN INSIDE JOB AND I AM GOING TO MAKE A HUGE STINK ABOUT THIS, now i must go to the police station and get an afridavid done to proove that i never added this line to my account, i have never seen this number in my life before - I PERSONALLY FIND THIS VERY IRRITATING AND I AM IRATE ABOUT THIS, I WILL NEVER UPGRADE MY PHONE AGAIN, IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE, I AM PERSONALLY DISGUSTTED BY WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE - YOUR OWN STAFF ARE DOING JOBS AGAINST YOUR CUSTOMERS - DISGUSTING
