Its been 12 months now of trying to get my FNB ebucks back and my account credited. They were from my account by someone probabley in a to buy airtime of which ebucks have the cell number. I find it hard to believe that they cannot get this person as each cell phone now has an address due to RICA. After numerous phone calls and reference numbers i was asked to make a case at the police station which i did and phoned ebucks at FNB to give them the case number to be told the police will get the ebucks back can someone explain to me how this is done!!! as it really was hard explaining in the police station what FNB ebucks are!!!
