Greetings,
I have been on the phone for an hour been sent from department to the other. Now I'm not happy I've been trying to get some information on why my account was not settled after I sent filled out forms and sent them with my retrenchment letter.
After many calls made to find out what is going on with the account last year was advised that the account was handed over to the legal department no further information could be given except they will get back to me.
Now after all of that I went to a Cell C store @Bayside Mall where I was advised they could not see anything with the cell phone number I was using or with my ID number except that the cell number was given to someone else. I concluded the account was settled, and today to my surprise I get an sms that the account has been handed over.
My issue is not been informed what was going on, today I've been hung up on a couple of times trying to be transferred to the C-cover department but was given a number to C-surance which they can't find my details.
I'm still confused about this whole issue, I want someone to take responsibility and do an investigation to see what happened and why was my account not settled.
