For the last 3 months I have been trying to prevent cell phone accounts for my sons phone number 0713656441 on Vodacom being so high. This month R2650 deducted on an account which is normally R500.
The Samsung S3 phone he has tells us the data usage month to month and his calls are low. But on top of this all I have not received an account in the post or by e-mail for over 6 months now and no one bothers after numerous e-mails and phone calls to help.
Today I went to Cresta Vodacom for help, but wasted my time. Accounts dept number 0821946 off line so phone back in 1 hour.
I will never ever touch another contract with Vodacom ever in my life again. My cell number is 0834437571. Name is Mark
