Unauthorised billing to a third party

I was debited over the last 2 months, an amount of R373 on each occasion. On investigation, MTn told me that i had subscribed to so MOB voucher and the billing was done by Mira Networks. I was given the Tel number of Mira and i called them.
The woman was cheeky, said that i was on their netowrk for 7 minutes and treathened to put the phoine down on me.
She explained that i received an sms stating that i won R2.5 m and on clicking on the link to view my winning, i have automatically subscribed which i was not asked to confirm any subscription.
MTN has however send a communicae to MIRA, asking for a refund, but says that this is not their problem.
I have not given MTN permission to pay a third party without me signing a document of acknowledgement.
Should this not be resolved, i will stopr MTN access to my funds.
