Dear Reader.

My wife called MTN last month when she noticed that she was billed incorrectly for a service that she did not register for and called MTN to this services cancelled but was not, call REF: 481 88 41 - assisted by Khaya. We even wrote a complaint on helo-peter and received an unsatisfactory response. She opened her statement today and still noticed that she was billed for a service she did not register for. We are using an IPAD, which cannot send sms or MMS as indicated on the statement. What will it take for MTN to realise that they are billing us incorrectly and support the nature of this business which is not regulated and has not proof that the client agreed to the service or not. Its been three month that we have been paying for unauthorised and corrupt billing. We now only going to pay for the MTN subscription costs as per our contract with MTN, and any other extra charges will not be paid as we have no contratual obligation thereof. Your failure to resolve this matter will result in cancellation of all our subscriptions from MTN. The number of the data card is 0837888386. We hope this will get the attention it sorely deserve.
