Last week Thursday I call MTN to find out if the Sony Xperia Z is available on the Top Up 100 & I'm told it is for R269 per month.
I call MTN again, speak to Thabo, to see if I could have an early upgrade, as I'm due in October, but I'm going to Europe next week, they approve it for 1 Aug, see REF: 102456890
Yesterday I go to V&A to get the new handset & told it's not on Top Up 100, the store tells me to go for Top Up 200, it's R399. When they process it, the system tell the R499 & the store tells me they have to query it & will call me today.
I call 0831233667 & speak to Abel, who said they have it on Top Up 100 for R269. V&A don't call me today, so I go to MTN in Golden Acre & Agnes helps me, who calls you & they say they don't have it on Top Up 100, only Top Up 200, I then call 0831233667, speak to Desiree & says they have it on R269, I give the phone to Agnes & Desiree tells her she meant the Sony Xperia V.
Agnes says I can take it on Top Up 200 for R399, I say yes, then she comes back to tell me it's R429, I said ok, she calls to process it & now the system doesn't pick up my early approval?
I'm leaving for Europe & would like to have my Sony Xperia Z before I leave, please!!!
