Worse Service Ever!

The worse service ever. At first when I applied online, which according to the website is much more easy and efficient, I received confirmation that a consultant will be in contact with me within 48 hours. After 3 weeks of no response, I had to call myself to follow up on my application, and dealt with Precious. I was then told what to provide to complete my application. A day later received my ipad mini with no sim connection. Went into a branch, Blue Route, Tokai and was told I'm not loaded on the system and that I need to call the consultant again to activate my account. Eventually called her again and she then sent me a contract and activated the account. Didn't sign the account as their was a few errors and asked them to amend the contract before I sign it. Its been 3 weeks and I have still not received the amended contract. Just received my invoice today and the bill is triple the amount I'm supposed to pay. When I called the call support centre, I was told to go into the branch and they will sort me out. What the heck!!! Always being sent from pillar to post and this has been sour from the word go! Not a fan of this company!
