Worst service I have had

i handed in my phone for repairs 4 weeks ago, paid my money to get the screen that was cracked fixed. I received my phone back within 3 days. 2 weeks go by, My phone goes completly black. I send my phone in on Monday 12/08/2013. The courier company came to pick up my phone, they cracked my screen, and it is now day 11 and I still don't have my phone. I strongly feel that certain people were helpfull with this, but I am completly turned off from this. Each technition or consultant says i will receive feedback within a day or 2 and im sorry i have been phoneless for a number off days. I have not received a letter of apology from anybody for the lack of service, lack of phone repair, cracked screen or anything.
