I sent my Z10 in for a simple repair, my speaker was making cracking sound and the phone was freezing every now and then, after waiting about 2 weeks I got a call saying that my repair will cost almost R6000, seeing that my LCD was cracked, I asked the lady on the phone how is that possible there was nothing wrong with the screen when I brought it in for repairs. Cellc is now making it my problem to repair the phone with was In good working order when I left it with them, Needless to say that when I booked it in at Key-West branch the Lady at the counter was not helpful at all she was very arrogant and unprofessional, she had no book in from for me to complete she took a peace of scrap paper took down my details and the phones serial number, that was it, I mail customer service and had no response mailed them again and got a reply saying some one will contact me in 2 working days a week later I mailed them a gain, still got the same: a agent will contact you in 24hour, its been a month and still no one came back to me, Got a message now to pick up my phone from repairs, cos I rejected the quote, Its NOT for me to pay R6000 to repair if one of the technicians cracked my screen.
