Bad service, poor attitude, SECURITY CHECK!

My father opened a contract for me, with cell c. At this stage, my parents are in Budapest for a month. Last week Monday, my contract stopped working all of a sudden. I am not able to phone/sms/whatsapp/facebook/go online. When I do a request on the amount of airtime available, I get a message to call 140.I've been calling that number for the past week, and every time I get a different answer. On 05/07/13, I spoke with Themba, who informed me that if I can get my father's details, they WILL BE ABLE to access the account. So I went through a lot of trouble to reach my parents, got the info, only to be told today when I phoned, that my dad needs to phone in himself. They are only returning to SA in a month's time, so for the next month, I will not be able to use my cellphone, and as I am an entrepreneur, I NEED TO BE ABLE TO USE MY PHONE, or I am losing business! Secondly, the people who I spoke with today, named Philisiwe, Flair and Phelly, were rude. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the line was dropped. The ref nr I got today is 1307080000034208.So either somebody is lying, or somebody is not fit to do their jobs. I am of good mind to move to another service provider, as cell c is frustrating!!!
