Extremely poor service

I went to the Cell C branch 2 weeks ago to take my phone in for repairs and i requested them them to cancl my other contract which i pay R100, the lady i spoke to gave me the cancellation form which i completed. I received a message the day before yetserday that my account is in arrears. Cell C is supposed to deducton the 27 but instead they tried to deduct on the 2nd. I went to the bank today to pay R300 for the outstanding premium since i was only paying R245.00. I spoke to a consultant who dropped the phone in my ear. I called again and i spoke to another consultant who also put the phone down in my ear. I spoke to the next consultant who told me that they cannot reactivate my line seen as i owe money on my other contract the one that should have been cancelled, i requested the consulant to call the supervisor cause this is unacceptable, her name was Linda, the phone was dropped and she doesnt even have the decency to call me back. i am still waiting on the line, i just spoke to Edwin now who told me directly that his not gonna unblock the line. I want my phone to be unblock today or else im gonna take legal action
