I applied to move from Vodacom to Cell C on January 10th. It's a business contract and I supplied the full documentation on the date at Cell C Cavendish.

I am now in the 8th week of waiting for the phone to arrive. I understand waiting for the first month because there has been a shortage of stock of the phone. But waiting for 2 months is not acceptable. I cancelled my business contract with Vodacom last month and now I am in what seems to be an endless wait to have my Cell C contract opened.

I even asked for the sim card without the phone for now so that I can use the contract rather than waiting on Prepaid, but this apparently cannot be done. It is now getting beyond frustrating.

Cell C should at least be communicating a timeline with me instead of the perpetual wait. I have called virtually every contact number on the website to try get an answer but no one is willing to give me one.
