My Father in law renewed his Cell C contract nearly two years ago and when he received the new phone it wasn't what he ordered from Cell C. He didn't sign for the phone and asked for the right phone to be delivered to his home. Every time when he phones Cell C you must explain the problem from the beginning and they promise to get back to you as soon as possible. Up to date no phone has been delivered at his home and Cell C hasn't replied on his queries re carding not receiving his phone. I decided to help in this matter and spoke to several people without getting the problem solved. The person i spoke to was Wusi Miya, Leratho Maripe - 07/1/2013, and a Sanele on 06/02/2013 (who was by the way very rude to me) Everyone of them promised met that they would phone me bag or that their super wiser will sort out the problem. Till today i had no reply from Cell C and they already phoned my father in law to find out if he wants to renew is contract with them without solving our problem.
