I have the right to cancell my contract

9 weeks ago my galaxy tab line was suspended because I had "unusual high data usage". After proving to Cellc that it was THEIR mistake the line was switched on again BUT the tab could not switch on as the home screen stayed on "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY", I could not exit that screen. SO I started my attempts at having this sorted. In the meantime (While waiting for Cellc to DO SOMETHING) I moved to a little town called Kathu in the Northern Cape. Now eventually Cellc contacted me and informed me to take the tab to the nearest Cellc shop (which is 380kms from here) and I refused as I did not break it. SO, Cellc said I can take it to "Trade Partners" which are other well-know retailers which do actually have outlets in this little town, so Cellc can fetch it form Trade partners. I went there this Saturday and was promptly informed by 3 mayor retailers that they do not promote Cellc with their customers (as per their Head Office orders) because of BAD SERVICE and they have no CLUE what TRADE PARTNERS are. SO, now I want to cancel my contract and CellC can fetch this useless tab from me themselves or take me to court and I will give it to them in court!
